Porchfest Benicia is more than just a festival;
it's a celebration of community and a testament to the power of music to bring people together. This music festival is unlike any other, taking place on the picturesque porches of our vintage homes. But the music doesn't stop there—it spills over into local businesses, driveways, parking lots, and the charming restaurants that line First Street, the very heart of our town. As the melodies fill the air and resonate through our historic streets, there is no better way to capture the essence of what makes Benicia so special.     Festivities start early with a 12 PM preshow at Lucca Beer Garden featuring Lady Bianca and an Ode to Sly & the Family Stone.

    21 venues—nine gorgeous vintage porches and nine bustling First Street spots—offering country, rock, pop, reggae, blues, jazz, Latin, R&B, folk, and more.

  • Lil' Porch Heads

    Featuring a live performance by
    In Harmony , 11am-11:30am. This will be a refreshment and cooling station zone. The kid area will feature Kona Ice Truck and will collaborate with Lo’s Playtown.

“What a great event so many great bands of all styles. There was tons of people walking around stopping at the wonderful locations to hear some music. Then in between bands and locations everyone was stopping at local restaurants, shops, bars and businesses to maybe see things for the first time. The trolley was a fun way to travel to the different locations along first street. The Lions den on the green was a great place to let the kids run and play while the parents stopped to have a glass of wine or a cold beer. Overall the Porchfest Benicia was a great experience and can’t wait until next year.” Ian D.

Porchfest Nights offers a preview of the band Pardon the Interruption, performing at the Benicia Yacht Club during Porchfest Benicia on September 13.

This special taste of “Pardon the Interruption” will feature the group’s guitarist David Noble and bassist Rob Fordyce in an intimate duo setting.

Each evening includes meet-and-greets, artist Q&As, and unforgettable performances. Bonus: it’s all a fundraiser for the main Porchfest event!
